AI models and transcription

• Anthropic (United States): runs the Claude models that research and write your answers.

• Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock) (Ireland): runs Claude models.

• Microsoft (Azure OpenAI Service) (United States): runs GPT models.

• OpenAI (United States): runs GPT models.

• Google (Gemini API and Vertex AI) (United States and other Google locations): runs Gemini models, including watching videos.

• xAI (United States): runs the Grok model when you choose it.

• Groq (United States): runs fast AI models and transcribes audio.

• Deepgram (United States): transcribes the audio of videos.

None of these may use the data we send them to train their models.

Public social media and web data

• ScrapeCreators (United States): fetches public posts, profiles, comments and ads.

• RapidAPI (United States): marketplace through which we use public-data services for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X.

• Apify (Czech Republic): fetches public social media data.

• Serper (United States): web search results.

• Tavily (United States): web search and page reading.

These receive the search terms, handles and links a request needs. They don’t receive your account details.

Hosting, storage and sign-in

• Vercel (EU and United States): hosts the web app and its API.

• Railway (United States): hosts background jobs and the Vamos MCP server.

• PlanetScale (United States): main database.

• Upstash (EU): queues, cache and vector search.

• Pinecone (United States): search index for your brand files.

• Framer (Germany): hosts our website, getvamos.ai.

Analytics and monitoring

• PostHog (Germany): product analytics and session recordings.

• Google Analytics (United States): website analytics.

• LangSmith (LangChain) (United States): traces of AI requests, to find and fix errors.

• Grafana Labs (United States): logs and metrics.
