1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Vamos AI Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Definitions

- "Vamos AI" refers to the company operating the Vamos AI service and this Affiliate Program.

- "Affiliate" refers to you, the individual or entity participating in the Program.

- "Referred Customer" means a new customer who purchases a Vamos AI subscription through your unique affiliate link.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1. You must accurately and truthfully complete the affiliate application process.

3.2. You will not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative practices to generate referrals.

3.3. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotional activities.

4. Commission Structure

4.1. You will earn a commission of 25% on the subscription fee paid by each Referred Customer for their first 12 months of service.

4.2. Commissions are only paid on new customer subscriptions. Renewals, upgrades, or downgrades by existing customers do not qualify for commission.

4.3. Vamos AI reserves the right to modify the commission structure with 30 days' notice.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Commissions will be paid monthly via PayPal or Wise within 10 days after the end of each month.

5.2. A minimum balance of $50 is required before any payout is made.

5.3. Vamos AI reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or violation of this Agreement.

6. Term and Termination

6.1. This Agreement will commence upon your acceptance into the Program and continue until terminated by either party.

6.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.

6.3. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using all Vamos AI marketing materials and remove any references to Vamos AI from your websites or promotional materials.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Vamos AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Vamos AI under this Program.

7.2. You agree not to register any domain names or social media accounts that include Vamos AI's trademarks or any confusingly similar variations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vamos AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.

9. Modifications

Vamos AI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
